Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $79.99.
Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $79.99.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be applied upon arrival in your country.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package online through the courier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Quirixi is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

7. Missing or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure your package arrives safely, Quirixi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the courier. Please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for any issues regarding delivery.
